Where can I get good imported spirits and wine ?I'm not into the expensive snobby wines that are being advertised on Hokkaido Insider for a small fortune....
My particular poison is a spirit called BUNDABURG RUM
It's not overly pricey... about AU$30 for a 750ml bottle.. but if I order it online from Australia, it can't be sent anywhere out of Australia, so having it sent to my folks and forwarded to Japan is a waste !!!
HOW CAN I GET THIS CHEAPER ???
Also.... what about these little beauties...
Butterscotch Schnapps and Galway Pipe Port ????
Any advice ????

Well, you're in Japan now. Get to know and like the local brews:
Shochu (especially imojochu)
Awamori (43 percent "kuu suu" is great)
Nihonshu
Nikka Whisky
Kirin Stout
Chile wine: Anakena, Maipo, Tarapaca
There's plenty to drink here!
